On Wednesday December 14th, Khyle Raja and other speakers and performers will be at the Hubb to launch the Soul City Arts presentation….A journey of the soul through a technological world.
It aims to explore the relationship between landscapes, technology and metaphysics through vivid architectural visions, dynamic poetry and lucid commentary.
Khyle’s work is an exploration of the relationship between humanity, technology and architecture, explored through the medium of drawing. This exploration has a parallel metaphysical narrative, dealing with specific issues facing people in the 21st century, namely constant technological innovation, the limitations of mans’ artifice and the heedlessness of mass consumption/production.
The exhibition will take place in Birmingham’s unique Hubb gallery and is open for public viewing from 10.30am-4.30pm, everyday.
